The intelligent pricebook for service businesses

A pricebook that can explain the whole job.

Type the model on the plate and YieldOS answers with the whole job — every part, why it is there, and a reference cost — from a trade library that already knows the materials, equipment, labour and code requirements behind the work. Fill your pricebook from that answer, and every quote after it is built with evidence, not memory.

Concierge pilot — we import, clean and launch the first pricebook with you.

Model in, BOM out

Type the model on the plate. Get the whole job.

Ask for a BOM reads the manufacturer's model number the way the trade does — a Rinnai RX199IN is a 199k BTU condensing tankless on natural gas — and answers with the complete job from the shared trade library, before you have imported anything.

A model the library cannot read is a question

"Mitsubishi water heater" gets a question naming what the library does know — never a tank BOM guessed from two words. Split systems pair their halves; a size that disagrees is asked about, not averaged.

Fill your pricebook from the answer

Beside every role, where it stands in your catalogue: bound, resolved, or missing. Add the missing part with your own code and cost, or bind an item you already carry — one screen, every change audited.

Proven on a shop that is not ours

A shop starting from an empty catalogue filled all twelve families from the answer, then quoted, signed and invoiced on its own parts: 132 checks, every line by its own binding, invoice equal to quote to the cent. Run against the live system, rolled back.

The library reads Rinnai, American Standard, Ameristar, A.O. Smith, Mitsubishi, Daikin, Bosch and Sanden model numbers today and says so when it cannot read one. Costs shown in an answer are reviewed reference costs; your shop's costs, labour, overhead and margin are yours to state.

Inside the working product

One complete job. Every line accounted for.

Follow the reviewed demo: a 50-gallon gas water-heater replacement, closed system, with 12 feet of venting. These are actual application captures.

Reviewed demo captured September 2, 2026. This result applies to the stated job and reviewed inputs. The $5,149.67 is an example quote, not a universal install price. Your shop's costs, labour, overhead and margin are reviewed before quoting. Missing or uncertain inputs stay in review.

From job knowledge to a profitable quote

Structured trade knowledge does the building. Your records provide the evidence. AI helps you ask the questions — it never gets to invent the job.

Knows the complete job

Materials, equipment, labour and code requirements are connected to the work they belong to — not scattered across somebody’s memory and a decade of old invoices.

Explains every line

Ask why a part is present, what past jobs used, or which code rule requires it. YieldOS answers from your records and the shared trade library, with evidence attached.

Prices from cost truth

Vendor evidence, labour, overhead and the shop’s own margin target stay visible underneath the sell price, so underpriced work is found before it reaches the customer.

Builds the quote without guessing

Describe the job in plain English. YieldOS expands the right assembly, calculates quantities and flags anything uncertain or missing instead of inventing a confident answer.

Presents real choices

Turn the complete job into good, better and best options with photos, specifications and a price the shop can defend. The customer selects and approves on their own screen.

Learns what your shop keeps

Every accepted, edited or removed line becomes feedback. YieldOS starts with a decade of service knowledge, then compounds around the way your own team actually works.

Ask for a BOM

Type a model number and get the complete job from the trade library — parts, quantities, citations and reference costs — then fill your pricebook from it. Works before you have imported a single item.

One price for the intelligence layer your whole shop uses. Hiring a technician should not be a billing event.
